PlayStation returns to one of the most iconic gaming events of all time.

PlayStation will NOT attend Gamescom 2024..

Gamescom is an annual gaming exhibition that has been running since 2009. It is one of the biggest gaming events in the world and used to be popular with studios right up until the covid-19 pandemic, when many of the biggest publishers moved to their own storefronts, including PlayStation.

PlayStation last appeared at Gamescom several years ago, where it featured titles such as Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and Control. Unfortunately, it has been confirmed that PlayStation will be skipping Gamescom again this year.

While incredibly disappointing, the PlayStation is all set to appear at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show 2024 and could have something truly revolutionary for the console.
