The theory explains how the biggest One Piece villain will save the world.
Luffy's Godly Secret Oda doesn't want you to know
Ever since Dr. Vegapunk announced that the One Piece world will sink into the sea, Luffy's job has become even tougher than before. He not only has to find the One Piece treasure and become the pirate king, but also has to save the world because he is the main character of the series. But as a Devil Fruit user, he can't even go near the sea.
Right now, Luffy's power is not strong enough to stop such a catastrophic event, and obviously he will need the help of other characters who could work on such a large scale. However, the only character who can help Luffy save the world is the most unhinged villain in One Piece, Marshall D. Teach, popularly known as Blackbeard.
According to a One Piece theory, Blackbeard's Dark Dark Fruit has a mysterious power that allows him to stop the world from sinking and save it, but he obviously won't do it for the greater good. He will potentially have an ulterior motive for this noble act as well.
