Why world government is the perfect dystopia
If there's one thing the World Government hates more than Luffy, it's the Clan of D members. D's will is inherited by humans in the form of the initial "D" in their name. Luffy, Roger, Ace, Garp, Saul and Blackbeard are some of the people who have initial D in One Piece.
All of them are central figures in the story, and powerful ones at that. Just by knowing the members of the clan, you can already imagine why the world government hates them. But there is more to them than meets the eye.
Those who inherit D's will are capable of great things and have some similarities among themselves. Fearlessness and penchant for action and rebellion are some of them. Their tendency to be involved in world conflicts has irritated the world government for decades. But none of these come even close to the quality that seems almost miraculous.
