With the tablet market reaching saturation, there aren't exactly a lot of reliable options to go for in the budget category. More so, if you're looking for a tablet that can provide a good multimedia experience, can double as a reliable e-book reader, and even get some casual gaming done. Can the recently launched OnePlus Pad Go meet all these requirements? I got my hands on the tablet, the top 8GB+256GB LTE variant, at the Beebom office. And after thoroughly testing it for about two weeks, here is my review of the OnePlus Pad Go.

OnePlus Pad Go Review | A (slightly too) budget tablet

The OnePlus Pad Go comes with pretty much everything you could ask for in the box. You'll see a 33W SuperVOOC adapter along with OnePlus' trademark red USB Type-A to Type-C charging cable. Additionally, you will get to see a sim ejector tool with the LTE variant along with a quick start guide and security guide. Unpacking everything was also easy as everything was nicely packed in the box.

Unlike the OnePlus Pad, one thing to note here is that the Pad Go doesn't support additional accessories like a keyboard or a stylus, which is a bummer.

In the box, the OnePlus Pad Go is placed on the screen, so at first it seems like "just another tablet". But when I took it out and looked at the back panel, I liked the dual-tone design, with a section with a slightly darker shade of green and a glossy finish. It makes sense why OnePlus is calling this the Twin Mint color option.
