The Omens Quest is basically the very first quest you begin your adventure with in the new Outriders Worldslayer expansion.

The new Worldslayer expansion includes a handful of new content as well as a storyline. As you begin your adventure on the expansion, you will encounter your very first mission which is the Omens mission. This is an introductory mission that gives you a glimpse of the adventure you will go through on the Worldslayer map.
If you haven't done this quest yet, this guide will help you.
To start the adventure, you need to talk to Channa in the starting area just to the left of Tiago. She will have a number of dialogue options, but to initiate the quest you must choose the first option that suggests traveling to Glacier's Edge. A short cutscene then plays, showing the expansion's title as well as some cutscenes.
