Margaret, much like Adachi and Marie, was one of the extra add-on characters available for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Here's how to get her.
Like Adachi and Marie, getting Margaret depends on your version of the game. For the old Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions, you have to buy her as a DLC add-on. There is no way to unlock her during regular play in the old version of the game, unfortunately. She can be purchased from either Playstation Network or Xbox Live Marketplace.
However, it is much easier in the new Playstation 4, Switch and PC editions. In this new version of the game, you simply have access to Margaret from the start. That's it! She is not available in story mode, but she can be used in all other modes from the start. This includes her as a playable character and as a navigator. This is because the new version of the game already includes all the DLC from the original release.
