Players are beamed up without rhyme or reason in The First Descendant!

DO NOT MAKE this MISTAKE when modding in First Descendant

Nexon Games has been under scrutiny regarding their latest release, The First Descendant. What turned out to be a fun PvE team-based hero shooter has unfortunately not lived up to expectations and is receiving criticism from all quarters.

Along with the many technical issues plaguing the game, some mechanics in the game don't work as intended. Although they are meant to help players get closer to the action, they trigger at inopportune times and even cause players to suffer because of them.

A common problem with shooters based on open maps is that some players may be on opposite ends of a map. The First Descendant wants to make this easier by teleporting distant players to the nearest outpost so they can jump right back into the action, but the feature doesn't work as planned.
