Pokémon Go is hosting its annual 'Sustainability Week' event, encouraging players to walk around and go green from April 22-26.

The event this year is a little odd, as there are no specific boosted spawns to go along with it. However, there are quite a few bonuses that run during the event period, focusing on your buddy Pokémon.

Buddies will bring gifts and souvenirs more often, and they'll stay on the map and walk next to you longer after you feed them. They will also earn hearts for moving twice as fast.
