Pokemon Unite is a MOBA game. And like any other MOBA, the settings can either be a distraction or an advantage to the players. Some configurations can help you kill enemies; for example, target an enemy that has a lower HP first.

With that said, we will show you which settings to use here.

Your settings may differ depending on which pokemon you use. Melee Pokemon can only attack a group of enemies together, but a ranged Pokemon must target one before transferring to the other enemy.
