From DC to NCR, which station provides the best listening?

One of the hallmarks of modern Fallout games is being able to listen to a radio while wandering around the Wasteland. The radio is naturally full of sweet tunes to enjoy, but the radio hosts often take the microphone to share fun world-building facts and keep the player company along the way. Many of these songs appear in the Amazon Prime Fallout series – but which radio station is best to listen to?

For obvious reasons, we only count radio stations with presenters and music — so no mystery broadcasts or tragic monologues.

Agatha comes from a long line of talented musicians, and she wants to share her beautiful classical music with the entire Wasteland. She's wonderful – and it's very nice that she will shout out her friends, like the player or a guy named Crazy Wolfgang. Unfortunately, her station is kind of snoring. Classic stations return in Fallout 76 and Fallout 4, which is nice for the cultured among us.
