Up front is a 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, 1.07 billion colors, up to 1400 nits brightness and a dedicated X7 chip, which is supposed to provide high image quality and " console-level' frame rate.

There is support for 240W fast charging with a 4,600mAh battery and a 5,240mAh battery option with slower 150W fast charging. Realme GT5 runs Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13.
