Let's be honest, we've been waiting for Little Nightmares 3 for a long time. But after coming full circle with the two stories, it seems Tarsier Studios has taken a detour. At Gamescom 2024 today, the creators of Little Nightmares have revealed their new game called Reanimal.

The trailer shows similar horrorland that we are familiar with. However, Tarsier Studios takes its horror genre in a different direction with Reanimal. With similar elements, we see many different mechanics that we will see for the first time in Reanimal.
Furthermore, the trailer continues to take a darker turn with each frame. The developer really wants to keep the flavor the same with an extra level of gore and spice in Reanimal. In 2017, Tarsier Studios took a big step with its successful debut with Little Nightmares and came full circle with a sequel. However, they left the shadow of Bandai Namco earlier.
The Little Nightmares 3 now being made by Supermassive Games may not have the same touch as Tarsier Studios. However, maybe we can feel a little cozier with Reanimal, which is on the wish list now. Reanimal will be available on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.
