The new Athena items were introduced to the game as rewards for the Legend of the Veil journey. However, you can purchase these items at Athena's Fortune Hideout or Tavern of Legends which can only be accessed via an Ethereal Portal. This ethereal portal is located behind a secret passage in taverns at each outpost.
The new Athena items from the Legend of Veil journey include the Artifact of Legendary Hunger, the Skull of Athena's Blessing, the Offering of Legendary Goods, the Jar of Athena's Incense, the Legendary Keeper of Fortune, and Athena's Relic.
