Eiichiro Oda's One Piece continues to surprise the world as its latest episode, 1112, decided to feature one of the coldest storylines in the entire series. The episode featured the long-awaited rematch between Eustass Kid and Red-Haired Shanks, with the latter defeating his enemy as well as his crew with a single strike.

While the captain of the Kid Pirates showed his strength against Red-Hair's fleet, the overwhelming strength and Haki of one of the Conquerors of the Sea was too much for him. Therefore, he ended his adventure on the Grand Line.

Some fans were happy with how Oda-Sensei decided to say goodbye to one of the most infamous names from The Worst Generation. However, others have started to theorize how Shanks is not as strong as he was shown in the last episode.
