There are many different ways that a Dragon Ball fighter seems cool. For a moment, the user of a Ki-blast can look shocked as the opponent deflects it with the help of a hand. This has been a common example in the series where beams and collisions often occur.

Video game adaptations of the series over the years have ensured its inclusion as one of the main features. Sparking Zero is the latest game to feature it. And as it has been now, Ki deflections look better in it.

Energy attacks always delivered more satisfaction than hand-to-hand combat, in the popular anime series. While it's great to see what it can do on the receiving end, it pushes viewers to the end of their seats when they're turned down.
