Memorial Items, also known as Soul Sequence items, are the main collectibles in Soulworker. They are obtained by getting them gives you a free item of clothing with a brooch opening, which can be used to give your characters a small boost.
Before you start looking for memorabilia, you should know that they have a random chance to appear in each stage. So if you can't find the collectible you're looking for, you may have to replay the same scene a couple of times.
