Space Marine 2 has a fairly complicated level-up system, and how much XP you earn depends on many different factors. Like most games out there, you will naturally level up in Space Marine 2 by playing the game and completing Operation. That said, there are ways you can maximize the XP you gain and reach a class' max level much faster.

In the Operations game mode, you get XP when you complete an operation. You can see how much XP you get from an operation before you actually start it. There are also 4 different difficulties and the XP you get from an operation will depend on the difficulty you choose. Higher difficulties will reward you with higher XP.
