Here at Polygon, we're not ones to scoff at caring about the Super Bowl—why, some of our favorite colleagues love football! It's just that there's so much else at the biggest American television event of the year that piques our interest, and this year is no different.

With Usher referencing the Jujutsu Kaisen, Taylor Swift coming in from tour and the big summer movie season approaching, Super Bowl LVIII looks poised to maintain the event's eternal relevance for at least another year.
