We've come across a range of characters in the Dragon Ball universe, and many of them are underrated. Among them is a character we encountered during the Cell arc, Android 16. Cell was certainly afraid of a few, and Android 16 was certainly among them.
He has been a recurring character in the video game adaptations and when the new Spike Chunsoft game closes its release date, he will be there as well. And fans are really excited to see the nature-loving Android included in the game's roster.
