A 23-year-old Taiwanese man was arrested in New York for running the $100 million global dark web drug e-commerce operation known as Incognito Market.

That's according to an announcement on Monday from the US Department of Justice (DoJ).
"The arrest of 'Incognito Market' owner Rui-Siang Lin is a result of the continued working relationship the DEA has with our law enforcement partners to target individuals who use the dark web as a marketplace to promote the sale of illegal narcotics, " he explained. Formed in October 2020 and running until March of this year, the dark web served as a forum for buying and selling goods including heroin, cocaine, LSD, MDMA, oxycodone, methamphetamine, ketamine and alprazolam.
