After the groundbreaking success of Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man, when Marvel Studios set out to make his sequel, they sought to push the boundaries of superhero cinema. And in their quest for innovation, they enlisted a secret weapon, Samurai Jack creator Genndy Tartakovsky.

Genndy Tartakovsky, known for his iconic work in animation, was commissioned to storyboard Iron Man 2's electrifying action sequences. After that, Tartakovsky's influence on the film became hard to miss.
