When it arrived, we just wanted to get through the setup as quickly as possible and get into the game. But guess what? The laptop could not turn on. So, as any person in such a situation would do, we unplugged and reconnected the charger a gazillion times and even kept it plugged in for a while to try again later. Well, it didn't work. It was officially time to replace the laptop and on the same day (which is 30th April) we put the request on Flipkart.
A day later, a Flipkart representative came to initiate the refund request. But it turns out that the serial number of the laptop we received did not match the one on the invoice. What?
