Assassin's Creed Shadows will not have this feature which has been present in all Assassin's Creed games.

Assassin's Creed Shadows is cultural appropriation

If you are a die-hard fan of the Assassin's Creed series, you will not like this big change in the next installment, Assassin's Creed Shadows. Every major Assassin's Creed game until Assassin's Creed Mirage played an animation after players climbed to a certain vantage point and synchronized a point of view.

As soon as players sync, the camera pans out and spins around the player, giving them a proper view of the open world. Unfortunately, Ubisoft has decided to do away with this animation for Assassin's Creed Shadows and fans are not happy about it.

A fan of the r/AssassinsCreed subreddit has pointed out that Ubisoft made a mistake by removing Viewpoint Synchronization Animation from the next Assassin's Creed game, Assassin's Creed Shadows.
