Rust Philly Place Artificial Island Tower of Fantasy
Tower of Fantasy has summoned mobs or monsters stronger and sturdier than the regular mobs. Some of them can even kill your character if you're not careful. One of those is Philly and we're going to show you where to find him.
With the release of the 1.5 updates, Tower of Fantasy has added Artificial Island and within it are new features, such as new storage pods and interactive items that can reward players with a Black or Gold Nucleus. You can find Rust Philly on the island.
To unlock Artificial Island, you need to talk to Kolador in Banges Port and make sure you have reached at least level 50 and started Chapter 2 of the main story.
