Is Samir the right choice for you?

Strengthening a weapon to the max takes a lot of time, effort, and sometimes even a lot of money. Unless you plan on whaling in this game, maxing out a weapon can be rewarding if you end up enjoying them, to downright terrifying if your weapon of choice turns out to be a huge disappointment.

To pick, or not to pick. That seems to be the problem when faced with the choice of head. So for today we're going to check out one of Tower of Fantasy's fan favorites, the double-swinging volt element Simulacra, Samir.

Samir's damage potential is one of the best in the game. When you level up her stars, they give you increased damage, increased critical chance, crowd control voltage damage, and skill cooldown chance at her highest star level.
