Tower of God Season 2 – Opening | GET UP

After Tower of God Season 2 has continuously disappointed fans with its significant downgrading of aesthetics, an announcement on their official X account has made it clear why animation or source material isn't really their priority.

K-pop group Stray Kids are back again with opening and ending theme songs for the upcoming second installment of Tower of God. This will cover The Workshop Battle arc on October 6th. During the first part of season 2, NiziU was the group behind the opening and ending themes. However, given the huge popularity of Stray Kids, fans have joked that the budget was used to allow them to come back.

Tower of God is one of the most popular manhwa out there, but it has not lived up to expectations in the anime adaptation. Season 1 was significant with its beautiful art style and suspenseful endings that kept fans on their toes but Season 2 has taken a significant dip. Some fans even call it the biggest downfall in anime history.
