Changing your appearance is unfortunately quite limited in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. In fact, there is no way for you to change your character's physical appearance after creation. Additionally, your clothing options are limited to your character's clan, each with a unique style. For example, female Malkavians only get sexy skimpy clothing choices. On the other hand, as another example, Tremere males only get costumes and the like.
