Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 is a week away from release and boy, is the hype high. After more than a decade, fans will finally continue the story of the first game and fill the shoes of Captain Titus once again. Launching on September 9, the game is poised to be another hit for the 2024 games.

And in a fan-favorite move, the game's developer Saber Interactive has confirmed that it won't have Denuvo or any Digital Rights Management (DRM) software at launch. With the industry increasingly relying on DRM to prevent piracy, this decision has been welcomed by fans.

Saber Interactive recently released an FAQ for Space Marine 2, and among the questions asked was whether the game would include Denuvo or some form of DRM software. Saber's answer was a curt "No."
