Trial Chamber is all about fighting and fighting challenges in Minecraft 1.21 update. But if you're good at the game, conquering these new structures won't be too difficult. Thankfully, if you're looking for a bigger challenge, you can make the ominous attempts. They significantly increase the level of difficulty for the audition players, making the audition chambers more rewarding. In this guide, we discuss everything you need to know about ominous trials in Minecraft.

How Ominous Events, Bad Omen & Raider works in Minecraft 1.21

Ominous Trials is the name for tougher trial spawner battles in trial chambers. Approaching a normal trial player with the Bad Omen effect will cause it to turn blue and also create mobs that are harder to defeat, as they often have armor. The mobs that don't wear armor, like spiders, will spawn in greater numbers.

Additionally, the ominous trial spawner will randomly summon projectiles and potions above the mobs and players. They can deal damage to you or apply a potion effect that can be helpful or harmful.

To start the ominous trial event, you must first obtain the Bad Omen effect. Then activate a trial spawner to kickstart the ominous trial event. Check out the steps below to understand the process in detail.
