Earths resources are running out because humans are consuming too many natural resources. However, a very negative impact of space exploration is that if our world becomes overpopulated we may not be able to afford space exploration as we’ll need to use our money to produce more food and create more jobs on earth.

Its a waste Space Exploration is a waste of resources. Instead of decreasing resources by space travel and such, we must deal with problems on Earth first. Why bother spending all this money on exploring space when we could be helping our own planet that us humans live on. That is even more money to fix those problems.

Space exploration also teaches us to be more sparing in our use of vital resources. Astronauts are trained to survive on limited quantities of food, raw materials, sunlight, energy, water and oxygen. And recycling in space is teaching us how to best implement a circular economy of resources.

“In this new era of human spaceflight, NASA is contributing to economies locally and nationally, fueling growth in industries that will define the future, and supporting tens of thousands of new jobs in America,” said NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine.

Human activities have contributed to deforestation, desertification, soil degradation, depletion of the ozone layer and climate change. Space-based technologies, such as remotely sensed data, have enhanced scientific understanding of water cycles, air quality, forests and other aspects of the natural environment.

Commercialization of space in the private sector will lead to reducing flight costs, developing new methods of sustaining human life in space, and will provide the opportunity for tourists to experience Low Earth orbit travel in the future.

NASA is already eyeing destinations beyond low-Earth orbit and the moon. President Barack Obama’s vision for the nation’s human spaceflight future calls for NASA to send astronauts to an asteroid by 2025, and then on to Mars by the 2030s.

Unlike many other organ systems, the lung does not appear to undergo structural adaptive changes when gravity is removed, and so there is no apparent degradation in lung function upon return to earth, even after 6 months in space.

According to Space News, the estimated cost of the first Mars mission would be roughly $120.6 billion. That’s assuming that the “rough estimate” is anywhere near what it will actually cost to get there — NASA and its contractors don’t exactly have a reputation for doing things on or under budget.

A Maximum Absorbency Garment (MAG) is an adult-sized diaper with extra absorption material that NASA astronauts wear during liftoff, landing, and extra-vehicular activity (EVA) to absorb urine and feces. It is worn by both male and female astronauts. Nonetheless, the garment provides peace of mind for the astronauts.

Alcoholic drinks are generally disallowed in spaceflight, but space agencies have previously allowed its consumption. NASA has been stricter about alcohol consumption than the Roscosmos, both according to regulations and in practice. Astronauts and cosmonauts are restricted from being intoxicated at launch.
