How You Can Cheat With Respondus LockDown Browser

In proctored exams, Blackboard or Canvas can detect switching of tabs through the use of a proctoring software known as respondus monitor. If you try to switch tabs, the browser will consider this as a suspicious attempt to access answers from the web and flag you.

Logs: Moodle provides log data at the site and course level. This data can be accessed and downloaded as activity reports. You can see what pages the students accessed, the time and date they accessed it, the IP address they came from, and their actions (view, add, update, delete).

How to view logs in Moodle

1. Go to Settings > Site Administration > Reports > Logs.
2. Select your desired logs by choosing options from dropdown lists.
3. Click “Get these logs” button to view the list of logs.
