Q. Is the process of working with various people and organizations to develop offerings that consumers view as valuable?
Marketing is a set of activities related to creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for others.
Q. Can we satisfy all customers in marketing?
All customers have different needs, and while you might not be able to satisfy all of them, you must to try to fulfill as many as you can. Unless you can meet most of your customers’ needs, they will keep searching for other options. For many customers, functionality is a primary need.

Q. What goods are similar in quality but different?
Homogeneous shopping goods are those that are similar in quality but different enough in other attributes (such as price, brand image, or style) to justify a search process.
Q. Why are consumers never satisfied?
Customers cannot be satisfied with what they do not know is possible. But unless the customer knows what kind of care to expect, in detail, that process is wasted. Many customers will never get that experience and still count themselves satisfied when nothing especially bad happens.
Q. How do you tell your customers no refund?
Start by acknowledging the refund request and your steps in determining if it was valid. Then explain your decision to deny the refund. Use active language like, “I looked into your situation and our refund policy does not allow one in this case.” Consider indicating that you spoke to a manager to add to the authority.
Q. Do shops have to give refunds?
You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.
Q. What to Do If a shop refuses to give a refund?
If you can’t get the support you need from the retailer in the form of a refund, repair or replacement, you can file a complaint with the company. If that still doesn’t help, you can contact the Consumer Ombudsman. They’ll aim to help resolve your dispute within 10 working days.
