The most important lesson of my life so far is to believe in myself. You don’t have to be the best among all others but if you will be yourself you will be at your best.

Time passes much more quickly than you realize. 2. If you don’t take care of your body early then it won’t take care of you later. Your world becomes smaller each day as you lose mobility, continence and sight.
