Infinity Castle is a limitless and complex realm of alternate dimensions created by Nakime aka Biwa Oni's Blood Demon Art. Nakime, for the unaware, will appear as the new "Upper Moon Four" demon in Season 5 after Hantengu's death in the Swordsmith Village arc.
She was originally a demon Muzan inducted to summon other demons to Infinity Castle. At the beginning of the series, this space served as Muzan's operating lair. This is because the demons were completely safe here from sunlight. But she becomes an even more important character in the Infinity Castle arc, controlling how demons and Hashira in Demon Slayer move in her domain.
