Charmander are small, bipedal lizard-like Pokémon native to Kanto. When Charmander receives enough experience from battles, it evolves into Charmeleon (at level 16 in the video games), and later Charizard. With the help of the Mega Stone, it can further Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard X/Mega Charizard Y.

Since Charmander is a Starter Pokémon, Charizard is actually the final evolution form of one of the first three Starter Pokémon in the whole franchise. Although he looks like a dragon, Charizard is actually not a Dragon-type Pokémon. In the original Japanese games and anime, he is called Lizardon (Japanese: リザードン).

When you round out all of the stats, Espeon has the highest CP among them and has the highest attack, with Umbreon having the highest defense and Vaporeon having the highest stamina. Leafeon: Evolve an Eevee near a mossy lure—it doesn’t need to be your own. Glaceon: Evolve an Eevee near a glacial lure. Again, any lure will do. Sylveon: Acquire 70 buddy hearts with Eevee as your buddy, then the Sylveon option will appear.

You’ve got to get an Eevee as your buddy, and then accumulate 70 hearts with it—enough for it to become a great buddy. After that, the option should appear to evolve an additional Sylveon.

Sylveon is not only the best Eevee evolution, but it is also one of the best Pokémon in the entire metagame. Its Pixilate ability makes it so that all Normal-type moves become Fairy-type. It also has the Mystical Fire move to help it deal with Steel-type Pokémon.
