You can force the MS Paint ellipse tool to draw a circle by holding ⇧ Shift while you click and drag the mouse. You can also snap an ellipse into a circle by holding ⇧ Shift after the ellipse is drawn, but before releasing the mouse button.

Steps to crop a circle in Paint 3D

1. Click on 2D Shapes and select the circle.
2. Draw the circle on the portion of the image you want to crop.
3. Make sure Fill is selected as None and Line type as Solid.
4. Increase the thickness of the circle to 100px.
5. Click on the checkmark icon outside the circle.

Click on the “Select” menu button and choose the “Free Form” option. Using rigid shapes will prevent you from adhering to the curves around the face. Trace the face with the free-form select tool. Move your cursor to the shortcut menu and select “Cut.” This will cut out the traced area and remove all of the background.

We open the image to be cut in Paint as usual.
