Temperate regions are found between the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn. It generally having has four different seasons such as spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The most popular climate to live in as it does not experience the wide variations of some of the more extreme climates.

Typical characteristics of temperate regions include:

• Being found between the Tropic of Cancer and the Arctic Circle in the northern hemisphere, and the Tropic of Capricorn and the Antarctic Circle in the southern hemisphere.
• Generally having four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter.

C: Temperate. In this zone, there are typically warm and humid summers with thunderstorms and mild winters.

The temperate climate zone covers areas of moderate weather in the northern and southern hemispheres. The temperate climate zone does not have temperature extremes, and areas in this zone experience moderate rain and snow.

The location of India gives its many advantages including variety of weathers. Some places are much colder than UK (even throughout the year) while some much warmer. However, the location of India and its weather gives it enormous type of fruits and vegetables.

Indias climate can be classified as a hot tropical country, except the northern states of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir in the north and Sikkim in the northeastern hills, which have a cooler, more continental influenced climate. In most of India summer is very hot.
