Being inconsiderate can be defined as careless of the rights or feelings of others. Inconsiderate people may also act without respect for the rights or feelings of others and being thoughtless towards others. Those who possess these traits are often referred to as inconsiderate people.

There are four main alignments: left, right, center, and justified. Left-aligned text is text that is aligned with a left edge. Right-aligned text is text that is aligned with a right edge.

Method 1: Change Layout Options

1. First, click “File” then click “Options” to open “Word Options” dialog box.
2. Next click “Advanced” and scroll down to the bottom of the box.
3. Click “Layout Options” to bring out more choices.
4. Check the “Don’t expand character spaces on a line that ends with SHIFT-RETURN” box and click “OK”.

Justify Paragraphs for a Clean Finish but Avoid Wide Gaps in Text

1. Select the text you want to block justify.
2. Right-click on the text, and click Paragraph.
3. On the Indents and Spacing tab, click the drop-down next to Alignment, and click Justified, OK.
4. Right-click on the text again, and click Format, Font.

Click the “Home” tab and then select the “Distributed” button in the Paragraph group. Alternatively, press “Ctrl-Shift-J.” This applies a full justification effect that evenly distributes spaces in both words and characters.

Click on the Layout tab group, select Hyphenation drop-down to choose Automatic or Manual. The gaps automatically correct itself by adding hyphens to the broken words, thus removing the gaps between the words. Doing this manually would mean, it asks you for every hyphenated word whether you want to keep it or not.

This particular issue is usually a result of copying from external sources, but regardless how it came about, the answer is usually the same. There is spacing set in the before and after paragraph spacing, or the spacing is set to more than single.

When you justify text, space is added between words so that both edges of each line are aligned with both margins. The last line in the paragraph is aligned left.

Full justification can be enhanced by using a Word Perfect compatibility option — the only WP-compatibility option that I know of that is of any use. Check the box for “Do full justification like Word Perfect 6. Note that the WordPerfect option shifts text from line to line.

When you “full justify” text, that means that Word stretches each line so that the text starts and ends at each margin. (In Word 2007 click the Office button and then click Word Options. In Word 2010 display the File tab of the ribbon and then click Options.)
