Carrying its weight means making sacrifices
Asmongold loses it after finding The Greatsword in the Fire Ring
I'm a Big Sword Guy. When I roll a new character in a game that gives me the ability to wield a greatsword, I will do whatever it takes to get the greatsword right away, no matter the cost.
In Ring of Fire, that means sprinting—woefully underpainted—into the Caelid's hellish, blighted wastelands, sneaking past hordes of rotting zombies and giant mutant dogs to raid the caravan holding the Great Sword.
The Greatsword in the Ring of Fire is impractical. It is higher than your character. It swings in painfully slow arcs, draining huge chunks of your stamina bar. It requires a whopping 31 strength to exercise properly. Bearing its weight means making sacrifices, such as unequipping shields and armor.
