If you’re looking to have a tank of some sorts I’d recommend A2 Def for the defiance buff, throw an insight on him for meditation and a gloom for dim vision which will help keep aggro on him. Honestly a1, a2 or a5 are all fine. Would just use whichever one you can make strongest with the gear you have.

Meaning you’ll need to have between 99 and 119 strength. For just the Anni, Torch, and Trav’s, there’s 30-50 bonus strength, so 106-126 strength is required to reach the 156.

You can respec up to three times per character, once per difficulty (Normal, Nightmare and Hell). To unlock a higher difficulty, you need to complete all five Acts in the game first. Now, if you want to respec more than three times, the option to do so is a bit of a grind.
