Q. What time are tickets released for Sky Garden?
When are free tickets released? Free tickets are released every Monday morning (excluding bank holidays) for the following three weeks. To book your tickets and to check availability please click here.
Q. Can you enter Sky Garden without booking?
After 6pm Mon to Fri and after 9pm Sat and Sun you can join the Q to go in without a reservation. If you get there at 6 or 9 you will have to wait so get there 15 to 20 mins later and the Q will have gone.
Q. Do you need ID for Sky Garden?
(b) Public access to the Sky Garden and its facilities is for valid entry pass holders and restaurant users only, during the published opening times. (c) Identification must be brought by each member of the party on the day of the visit and the identification must match the name on the reservation.
Q. How long do you spend in Sky Garden?
It takes around 90mins. I only booked 60 mins but I was able to stay longer, may it wan’t a busy day! over a year ago. Around an hour and a half if you are having a drink, lots to see and atmosphere to soak up!
Q. Which is better the shard or Sky Garden?
The area of the Sky Garden is many times bigger than that of the Shard. Obviously the Sky Garden does not sit at such a high altitude as the Shard, however make no mistake , the Sky Garden has the better vantage point and better view of London , both myself and my girlfriend noticed this.
Q. Is the sky garden free on the weekends?
Access to the Sky Garden is free of charge on weekdays 10am-6pm and weekends 11am-9pm. Please note we have a limited number of tickets and reservations available; this has been carefully designed to adhere to the COVID-19 prevention guidelines and to protect staff and customers alike.
Q. Where is the entrance to the sky garden?
The Sky Garden has a dedicated entrance on Philpot Lane, on the south-west corner of 20 Fenchurch Street. There are signs at ground level around the building. Those entering Sky Garden entrance with a valid ticket or restaurant reservation will go through security and take the lift up to Level 35.

With a drink in hand, enjoy everything Sky Garden Bars has to offer – fabulous music, delicious food and drink, an exclusive atmosphere and unique views of London. Please note last entry is 10.30pm.
