You can tap the blue-and-white clipboard icon in your app list, or swipe down from the top of the screen and select Clipboard Manager from the notification panel. Organize your copied items. The Snippets tab is the default location your copied items are stored.

Press Ctrl and A at the same time to select all items on the page. Then select Ctrl and C at the same time to copy everything. Finally, place your cursor where you would like to paste your items and press Ctrl and V at the same time to paste the items in the document.

When you cut an item, it disappears from your screen but is kept on the virtual clipboard, so you can recover it using the paste option. When you delete an item, it disappears from the screen and is not kept on the clipboard – it is permanently deleted.

Ctrl + Alt + F12 – Will send user to the 6th GUI Terminal. The thing to note here is that you can go from one terminal to the other by pressing the corresponding keys.

Simply put, the Fn key used with the F keys across the top of the keyboard, provides short cuts to performing actions, such as controlling the brightness of the screen, turning Bluetooth on/off, turning WI-Fi on/off.

1) Make Use Of The Keyboard Shotcut keys or Esc key. Once you find it, press the Fn Key + Function Lock key simultaneously to enable or disable the standard F1, F2, … F12 keys. Voila!

Press fn and the left shift key at the same time to enable fn (function) mode. When the fn key light is on, you must press the fn key and a function key to activate the default action.

Method 1: Checking If the Function Keys are Locked We recommend looking for an F Lock or F Mode key on your keyboard. If there is one, try pressing it, then check if the Fn keys are now working.

Assigning keys to functions

1. Start from a host session window.
2. Click Edit > Preference > Keyboard, or click the Remap button on the toolbar.
3. Click the Key Assignment tab.
4. Select a Category.
5. Select the function you want to assign a key to.
6. Click Assign a Key.

How to assign a hotkey to an application

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Find the application in the All Programs menu.
3. Right-click the desired program file and choose “Properties”
4. In the Properties dialog, find the text box labeled “Shortcut key”
5. Click in the text box and enter a key that you wish to use in your hotkey.
6. Click “OK”

To enable FN Lock on the All in One Media Keyboard, press the FN key, and the Caps Lock key at the same time. To disable FN Lock, press the FN key, and the Caps Lock key at the same time again.

Normally, if you hold down the “Fn” key, you’ll get whatever character or function is printed in blue on those keys. So holding down the “Fn” key, you now have a numeric keypad in the middle of your keyboard. Release “Fn” and things are back to normal.
