Level 7 is a term used for dark blonde hair, but it can also refer to some bright or light auburns/reds. It is common to find Level 7 shades in hair dye. Level 7 hair can be flattering on people whose natural hair color is from Level 4 to Level 10.

Level 10 + above This level of hair is a light platinum blonde, with very little blonde/yellow tones if any; however as you get into the white blonde range of this level you can do just about any color in the world!

1. Being naturally blonde is pretty rare. Only 2 percent of people in the world are natural blondes. (About one in 20 Americans are.)

About 10,000 years ago, someone in what is modern-day Europe was born with a genetic mutation causing permanently blue eyes. Every blue-eyed person today is a distant descendant of this one, ancient human. About 27% of Americans have blue eyes, making it the third rarest eye color.

It’s not rare and it’s not special either. There’s lots of different people with blonde, curly hair. Unless you’re looking for hair care tips or advice, there’s nothing else you really need to know. Compared to other “whites” — I think it is less common than brown hair.

‘It’s extremely rare for people to have hair that is naturally a strawberry blonde color. Basically, strawberry blonde is mostly based on red tones, with blonde highlights dotted here and there. It takes its name from the Italian renaissance.

Blonde eyelashes are not rare to some people who have naturally light colored hair. However, according to statistics, only about 2% of the world’s population has naturally blonde hair. People with blonde eyelashes often complain of how it is difficult to visualize their eyelashes when they are not wearing any makeup.

A person’s hair and eyelash color is determined by the amount of melanin present in each hair. Melanin is produced by cells called melanocytes, which are present in hair follicles. Vitiligo can commonly lead to white eyelashes. As people age, melanocytes stop producing as much melanin, so the hair turns gray or white.

So if you see a person with ash blonde hair their pubic hair is likely very light blonde also. If you see a raven-haired person then so is their pubic hair. A redhead almost always has darker ginger pubic hair and so on. Even when people’s hair goes grey or white their pubic hair is often the same colour, just darker.

What is poliosis? The white hair caused by poliosis is due to a lack of a pigment called melanin in the hair follicles. The condition is usually associated with the hair of the head. It can affect any hairy area of the body, however, including the eyebrows and eyelashes.

If you’re sporting a newly lightened hair color, it’s not a bad idea to go lighter with your mascara too. While blondes can totally rock black mascara, a brown shade will look less harsh against your pale strands.

It’s not uncommon for your hair to change as you get older. Hair follicles have pigment cells known as melanin. These cells give your hair its color. But over time, hair follicles can lose pigment, resulting in white hair.

DON’T wear mascara on your lower lashes. Playing up your lower lashes can make your eyes look droopy and draw attention to dark circles.

Mistake #3: You only coat the bottom of your top lashes. Typically when you apply a coat of mascara, you’re only coating the bottom part of your lashes. “Do the top first so you don’t weigh the lash down,” says Inglessis.

To prevent those, start with your bottom lashes when putting on your mascara. Otherwise your top lashes will smudge when you look down. When doing your top lashes, look straight ahead and place your wand at the base of your lashes. “This will help give your lashes a curled effect.

Overdoing it on the bottom lid. Heavily lining your lower lid — especially with a very dark color — can make your eyes look smaller, says Mary Clarke, a product analyst in the Good Housekeeping Research Institute beauty lab. Plus, you’re more likely to end up with under-eye smudges.

For both sexes (because men wear eyeliner in some cultures), it draws attention to the eyes, which are the seat of human expression, enriching visual communication. For women in particular, they enhance sexual attractiveness by making the eyes seem larger.

Women of a certain age should not use black eyeliner. Black is harsh against the skin — whether it’s fair, olive or dark. It ages the wearer and makes the eyes appear smaller than they actually are. And women of any age can benefit from that.

Despite what you may have heard, it’s not the best idea to apply dark eyeliner to your bottom waterline because this can actually shrink the appearance of your eyes. Instead, apply your go-to eyeliner just below your lower lashes to help make your eyes look bigger.
