Star Wars: The Clone Wars was way ahead of its time!
George Lucas EXPLAINS WHY he made The Clone Wars
George Lucas literally changed the world when he released the iconic film Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope in 1977. Starring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher, Lucas created a universe for millions of fans worldwide.
This universe expanded with several spin-offs, series, movies, action figures, video games and more. Star Wars: The Clone Wars was the byproduct of this expansion and the animated show was quite ahead of its time.
The Clone Wars followed the story of well…Clone Wars where multiple star systems become involved. As the Jedi Order tries to maintain peace in the universe, an old threat returns (not Sauron, unfortunately).
