The new content update coming to Gran Turismo 7 was just revealed at the Gran Turismo World Series event in Montreal. In addition to various content upgrades, Sony's racing game will get a new track and half a dozen new cars.

The update will be free for anyone who owns the title, but many players are underwhelmed. The new cars slipping into the game have left many wanting more.

Polyphony Digital's two-year-old title in the long-running Gran Turismo series still receives regular content updates. The next one will hit players' screens on July 25. Update 1.49 will bring a new circuit, six new cars and a host of content.
