in a tweet late Sunday, Trump warned his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani that if Tehran threatened the United States again, it would suffer "consequences few have ever suffered before."
the all-caps tweet followed an apparent warning from Rouhani, asking the US president "not to play with the lion's tail, because you will regret it forever".
