Jingliu has a strong DPS kit, and she can dish out serious burst damage and constantly freeze enemies with the Ice weakness type with her best build. Jingliu can consistently take three turns of damage in one action — use his skill to enter the Transmigration State, use his enhanced skill, and then use his ultimate.
Jingliu's talent gives her an increased Crit Rate in Transmigration state, so players can simply stack her Crit Damage to do insane damage. Her improved skill and Ultimate do a significant amount of Ice Blast damage and her Ultimate allows her to stay in the Transmigration state longer.
She is also a threat in the simulated universe. With the right boons, you can keep spamming her ultimate and enhanced skill without ever leaving the Transmigration state. Jingliu is also very Skill Point neutral, as her Enhanced Skills do not use Skill Points.
