Fans are calling out George RR Martin after he complained about all the inaccuracies in House of the Dragons' second season.
George RR Martin knew House of the Dragon's Writing would be messy
Although the second season of House of the Dragon was successful, it was quite weak compared to the debut season. Season 2 peaked in the middle and then fell off at the end, something we've seen before in the case of Game of Thrones. And there are good reasons for that.
A Song of Ice and Fire writer George RR Martin, whose creations have formed the basis of the two shows, has been quite unhappy with the path the showrunners have taken. Even his chosen one, Ryan Condal, seems to have strayed from the path.
When plans for House of the Dragon were put into place, George RR Martin had high hopes of righting the wrongs done to his earlier idea, Game of Thrones. That's why he personally chose Ryan Condal for the idea, who was a big fan of Martin and his work.
