If you've never played a worm game before WMD, there are a few options that might confuse you. Among them are the so-called schedule settings, which you can access via the customization menu. So here's how these work.
Schemes, also known as "Game Style", are customizable sets of rules that can be used in multiplayer games that you host. From the menu, you can set any number of options you want, such as drop rates for certain items, how long each mask has to retreat after attacking, and how many items are on the map.
The game comes with some default schemes that you can use if you don't want to spend too much time customizing your game. Still, the game offers no explanation of exactly how each predefined scheme works, so you have to rely on the names of each game mode.
