The second season of House of the Dragon has continued to tease the impending battle between the Greens and the Blacks as both vie for control of Westeros. While Rhaenyra and Alicent don't want any bloodshed and are trying to prevent a disaster, the season has seen the death of some major players from both sides and war seems inevitable at this point.

Daemon has also had a trippy arc this season as his strange visions continue to haunt him during his stay in Harrenhal. His eerie visions indicated some of his conflicts with past characters and an innate vulnerability he has. However, the Season 2 finale showed Daemon's visions that foreshadow the events of Game of Thrones, and fans aren't happy about it.

The second season of House of the Dragon has sidelined Daemon for most of the season in Harrenhal. Although the character manages to take over the country through his dominance, various episodes have shown him seeing strange visions of various characters that have made him the man he is today.
